Cottonwood (Poplar) Salve
This salve made from Cottonwood is also known as Poplar Salve and it was referred to in the bible as 'Balm of Gilead'. We infuse the Poplar in Organic Olive Oil then add Beeswax to create a soothing salve traditionaly used to reduce discomfort and to aid healing of skin conditions such as acne and eczema, and also to treat abrasions, boils, bug bites and minor wounds. Poplar is known for its analgesic, anti-coagulant, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic qualities.

Plants are harvested from areas where no herbicides or pesticides are used. They are infused in organic oils whenever possible.
Some nut oils are used in this kitchen and therefore trace amounts could be present in any of the products.
If you have allergies we suggest that you proceed with caution before using any plant derivative.
