You are responsible to research and understand the plants and related products that you use. We are passing on information as we've learned it from reference books and from tradtional means. Our knowledge is therefore limited to what has been made available to us. All plants should be approached with caution if you have allergies or serious medical conditions, and we recommend that you check with your doctor before using them.
Terms & Conditions - animals
When you put an animal into our care we require that you fill out and sign an information form regarding a number of health and temperament related items, and also that you read and sign a waiver. These standards protect all animals in our care, and reaffirm the owner's obligation to take ultimate responsibility for their animal's behaviour and its welfare including all related costs. We do not carry insurance.
Shipping
We are happy to ship a product you you. When you contact us to place the order we will look into the cost to ship it, add 20% for materials & time, and pass this information on as quickly as possible so that final arrangements can be made. We take e-transfer deposits.
